1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of FierceVB. By creating an account or using FierceVB, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FierceVB.
2. About FierceVB
FierceVB is a volleyball team management app that helps teams manage rosters, lineups, formations, rotations, substitutions, invites, and related team information.
3. Beta Status
FierceVB is currently in beta. The app may contain bugs, incomplete features, changing functionality, downtime, or data issues. We may add, remove, or change features at any time during the beta period.
4. Account Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, do not create an account. Parents, guardians, coaches, or authorized team administrators may manage limited team information as appropriate for team management.
5. Team Roles and Responsibilities
Coaches and team administrators are responsible for managing their teams appropriately, inviting the correct users, assigning accurate roles, and entering only information that is necessary for team management.
Users should not access, edit, share, or misuse team information that they are not authorized to manage.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse FierceVB. This includes attempting to access accounts or teams without permission, interfering with the app, uploading harmful content, abusing invites, scraping data, reverse engineering the service, or using FierceVB for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
7. Team Data
Team data may include rosters, roles, jersey numbers, lineups, substitutions, invites, and other volleyball-related information. Users should treat team data respectfully and only use it for legitimate team purposes.
Coaches and team administrators should avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for team management, including home addresses, birth dates, medical information, school information, or other unnecessary personal details.
8. Access Limits
FierceVB may limit access to certain features, including team creation, beta access, roster management, lineup creation, and other tools. We may manually enable or disable features for users during beta testing.
9. Account Suspension or Removal
We may suspend, restrict, or remove access to FierceVB if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the app, created security risks, entered inappropriate data, or used the app in a way that could harm other users, teams, or the service.
10. Ownership
FierceVB, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by its creator or applicable rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or misuse FierceVB except as allowed by these Terms.
You retain responsibility for the information you enter into the app. By entering team information, you confirm that you have the right or authorization to do so.
11. No Warranty
FierceVB is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every team’s needs. During beta testing, errors and changes are especially possible.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FierceVB and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, lost profits, team disputes, missed communications, lineup mistakes, or other issues arising from use of the app.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of FierceVB after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
